Undelivered Goods

If you do not receive your order within 9 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.

Dissatisfaction with Product Quality

Our products are genuine and come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you find any quality issues with the product, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement. We only accept returns for products whose packaging has not been opened (customers must pay for return shipping). If the packaging has been opened, we can arrange for a replacement based on the situation. We do not support returns due to human factors (except for issues related to product functionality).

Order Cancellation

Once the order is placed, the system will automatically send the information to arrange shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the cancellation or modification of any confirmed orders.

Order Cancellation by Us

If the order is cancelled due to stock shortages or other reasons by www.vapeeuphoria.com, please note that if the cancelled item is part of a promotional bundle, the prices of the other items in the bundle will not be affected.

How to View Your Invoice

After placing an order, the system will send the order details (Order Confirmation) to your email address. Upon completion of the order, we will confirm the order via email/WhatsApp/SMS. You can also log in to your account and download the invoice from "My Account" > "Order History". The order details (Order Confirmation) include the order date, order number, product details, delivery arrangements, and total payment amount.
