Purchasing our products comes with a 7-day exchange guarantee starting from the date of purchase. To qualify for a replacement, you must comply with the following terms and conditions of the 7-day exchange service. Please note that items such as e-liquid cartridges and disposable e-cigarettes that have been opened are not covered by the warranty, but replacement may be arranged based on the situation.
a) The customer must return the original packaging box and accessories. All accessories must be complete, the product must not be damaged, and the warranty card must not be activated or filled out. Products that have registered for warranty or have been repaired are not eligible for the 7-day shopping guarantee.
b) Accessories that are incomplete, natural disasters, human accidents, software issues, etc., are not covered by our 7-day exchange service. The exchange is limited to the same model and color once.
c) Products that have been repaired by either the original manufacturer or a non-manufacturer repair center, have damaged warranty stickers, or have been registered for warranty are not eligible for exchange.
d) To exchange a product, the customer must provide an original manufacturer inspection report proving that the product does not meet quality standards and confirming it is not due to human damage.
e) We reserve the right to send the suspected faulty product to the agent or authorized center for inspection and repair. The repair time may vary depending on the brand. During the inspection period, we may provide an exchange service depending on the situation. If the agent or authorized center inspection confirms that the damage is due to customer misuse, human damage, or liquid damage, we will not provide a free exchange service and will not bear any responsibility.
f) It takes 7 working days to arrange for a replacement with a new device of the same model and color. No refunds will be given. If the product to be exchanged is discontinued, we will arrange for the customer to exchange it for another product. No refunds will be given.
g) If severe leakage or inability to inhale is found when opening e-liquid cartridges or disposable e-cigarettes, we will not immediately issue a replacement. The customer can provide evidence to our customer service, and we will include the replacement in the next order.
h) Due to varying laws in different regions, customers must confirm that the products they purchase comply with local laws. If the purchased products violate local laws, we will not provide any compensation, handle any related issues, or bear any legal responsibility.
